I needed a new dentist and with all or most NHS dentists with no space, I decided to go private for the first time. All I can say is, WOW. The service is amazing. Worth every penny in my eyes. I am scared of having any dental work done, due to needing 5 adult teeth removed when I was young as didn't have the space for them. Dentists have been mean to me and made me cry before. The last NHS dentist I used, my gums were still bleeding 3 hours after treatment. But not with this dentist. I was so relaxed. I was happy. I even giggled a little. That never ever happens at a dentist with me. I was so relaxed during my dental hygiene appointment, I could of fallen asleep. To me, finding a dentist that makes you relaxe that much, is worth everything. Explained everything to me, and I can not wait to go back and see them all again. If someone told me, when I was having all those teeth pulled out, that I would say that about a dentist, I would of called your bluff. But hear I am, saying that about a dentist. The dentist and assistants are very professional, caring and compassionate when undergoing difficult treatment. They are very thorough in explaining the various options and long term solutions to my dental issues. I also attended the hygienist. Pat put in place a plan to get my teeth back in order and free of gum disease. This has worked really well and I'm really delighted with the condition of my gums.
